Institute of Cardiology does not collect any personal data of any users of the service site. The only data we collect, are the specifications and equipment used by the user. These data are collected for statistical purposes and used for improvements of the ikard.pl site.

How do we use the data?

Institute of Cardiology, does not provide any detailed data collected on our site to third parties.

Anonymous data collected automatically can be used to maintain statistics on Internet users and made available to third parties in the form of compiled and processed.

Sending e-mail to one of the e-mail addresses contained on the pages of our site and that are in the domain ikard.pl, constitutes acceptance of the customer to store information about the e-mail on our mail server.

Data collected in the course of correspondence between the client and our service are used only to answer customer questions.

E-mail addresses, which is maintained correspondence shall not be transferred to third parties.

In case of violation of the Rules of our site or when they are required to Polish law, we may disclose User information to the judicial authorities.
